Thuy Nguyen
Thuy is a cross-functional executive with 30 years of experience working in Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Finance for Fortune 500 firms (General Electric, UnitedHealth Group, Medtronic and Philips), where she delivered over $300M of financial savings. Her professional experience spans the healthcare, financial services and energy sectors. Most recently Thuy was the Head of Quality for Philips Ultrasound, a multi-billion dollar global leader in the diagnostic imaging industry. Thuy has served as the Commercial Finance Leader for a multi-billion dollar Energy division of General Electric, and as the Operational Excellence leader for various multi-billion dollar divisions of UnitedHealth Group. She is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Kevin Terrell
Kevin is a healthcare executive and entrepreneur, with cross-functional experience across go-to-market, finance, and operational effectiveness. Most recently he was CoFounder and CEO of BirchAI, an early leader in generative AI solutions for healthcare that was acquired in 2024 after the company was spun out of the (Paul) Allen Institute for Artificial Intelligence in Seattle. His healthcare experience spans work at McKinsey & Company, payers, providers, PBMs, pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device firms. Previously, he was the Marketing Leader and a Six Sigma Black Belt for a division of GE Capital. Prior to earning his MBA, he started his career in Washington, D.C., where he a pioneer in the development and deployment of new products to exploit Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) for the CIA.
